What are your Information Safeguard Procedures

Alabama Credit Corporation understands the importance of protecting and securing information and using it appropriately. Access to information about you is restricted to the employees of ACC who require it to provide our financial products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for security of information. We train and educate our employees about the meaning and requirements for customer data security and confidentiality.

 

We do not sell or share our customer mailing lists with third parties or other companies for marketing purposes. When we share information about you with companies outside of ACC, it is usually because you have given ACC as a credit reference and/or have an account with the other company. We require such companies to properly identify themselves and use the information only for a permitted or authorized purpose.

 

What is the minimum credit score required?

We require a minimum credit score of 550 from Equifax.

 

What are my repayment options?

 We accept check or money order by mail. You can pay with your debit or credit card by phone. You can also set up a direct debit from your checking account and we will pull the payment out each
month.

 

Is there a penalty if I pay the loan off early?

No , there is no penalty for early payoff.
